JOS Training from May 26th to May 28th
A 3-day training held at Jos, Plateau state mushroom village for Life Plus International Nigeria prospective mushroom farmers. The training was deployed by elite MAMF Nigeria professionals with extensive experience in mushroom cultivation, community training, and engagement. The purpose of the training was to teach farmers how to cultivate mushroom, construct a mushroom farm, care and maintain the crop and mushroom facility. The technical team observed that despite the slack in mushroom cultivation in that region, a large number of participants were interested and had basic knowledge in mushroom cultivation but lack the professional support needed to bolster large scale farming. MAMF team reassured farmers that MAMF is prepared to provide opportunity for technical support, marketing, and sales of mushroom as per the MOU between MAMF and Life Plus International _Nigeria.

The farmers were attentive, engaged, and excited about the possibilities of wealth creation and economic empowerment that can result from mushroom farming. Farmers left the training satisfied and hopeful about the collaboration between MAMF and Life Plus International Nigeria.
The training ended with official signing of the Memorandum of understanding between MAMF and Life Plus International _Nigeria.
